fa999 requires all Players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before they are granted access to real-money deposits, withdrawals, or game play. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — together with a selfie photograph for liveness verification purposes.

All sports bets placed on the fa999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. fa999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at fa999's discretion — including during key moments of a match such as the delivery of a ball in cricket, a penalty kick in football, or a service in tennis. Any bet accepted while a market is in the process of being suspended remains subject to standard settlement rules.
